Through Remote Access Mental Health, I provide on-line counseling for those struggling with relational issues, identity confusion,  or mental and emotional  health. I have received specialized training to address trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and stress due to culture shock and re-entry (reverse culture-shock) adjustment. Having lived cross-culturally for several years in four different contexts, I am particularly interested in supporting the globally mobile population including Third Cultural Kids (TCKs) and Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs).

I am trained in Evidence-Based Practices such as:

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

Alternatives for Families (AF-CBT)

Solution-Focused Therapy

Cognitive Processing Therapy

Motivational Interviewing

Regardless of the modality, I am a strength-based therapist who believes in her clients. In other words, I have faith that people are resilient, possess inherent strengths to overcome challenges, and can determine their own path to wellness. I hope to support you in your journey, provide tools to address your struggles, and work with you to create a plan for long term self-care.
