Crisis

REMOTE COUNSELING IS NOT ADEQUATE TO ENSURE SAFETY IN THE CASE OF ACUTE CRISIS.

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts or engaging in self-harming behavior, please seek assistance immediately. Go to your local hospital’s emergency room or International SOS Clinic. Tell them you (or your friend) need immediate crisis intervention. Ask them for help to arrange for an emergency evacuation if need be.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. REACH OUT FOR HELP.
